Internal Training Program

Gearbox Express is currently working with several Wisconsin based technical schools on training programs to educate future employees on the technical aspects of the remanufacturing process. We have:

Strong ties to technical school system with active participation in development of their wind turbine gearbox curriculum.
On-going internal training/mentorship program
A tiered talent proficiency system
Relentless focus towards quality
A three-to-six month basic training process, encompassing mechanical skills, computer literacy, measurement accuracy, process control & improvement, accessory equipment and workplace safety
